Description

ECC88 6DJ8 “BUGLE BOY” made by AMPEREX Heerlen HOLLAND 1961/1962

This is a pair early ECC88 Amperex Bugle Boy tubes made in Holland (Heerlen plant). A legendary member of the ECC88/6DJ8 family. Tubes have grey shield and large halo-getter. Very healthy tubes with matching systems; see test results. These tubes are pulls from rarely used lab equipment. The acoustical properties of the Bugle Boy are legendary and widely known. I refer to the many threads on the web for more information.
